I have been working with wardrobe doors and systems from Profile Mirror Wardrobes for a number of years. No doors have ever been received damaged, ie. no scratches on the doors or panels. Therefore I have never had to take any doors back to them.
One of the things that impresses most is their very good service. Inevitably over the years I have had the occassional issue with some suppliers service levels but this has never happened with Profile.
I also find their system easy to work with and fit.
